Our Villa is located on the side of mountain named Tsakali one of the highest mountains of Nafplio, overseeing the Argolic Gulf and all traditional villages of Nafplio (Asini, Drepano, Vivari, Kandia, Iria). Built with all modern comforts our Nafplio Villa offers high quality standards accommodation, sunbathing by the pool, relaxing atmosphere and retreats areas for yoga and any sport activities.

In the gardens there are outdoor furniture to enjoy the breathtaking views, while eating breakfast, lunch or dinner from guests cooking or from our private chefs cooking menus.

The interior of Kings Residence Villa offers a 3 floors Villa who is equipped with 1 beautiful, modern kitchen and 1 living room with large sofas, large TV for business meetings on the first floor, three  double Bedrooms with 1 Bathroom on the second floor,(with extra baby cots if needed) and on the downstairs floor there are

1 double Bedroom with ensuite Bathroom, two double Bedrooms and 1 Bathroom with Washing machine and dryer. Next of the downstairs Bedrooms there is an open area luxury and modern Studio with full equipped kitchen with dining table and chairs, living room and 2 double Beds. There are 2 TVs and relaxing furniture where our guests can enjoy the light of the Greek sun and the view of the blue pool.

The villa is ideal for a large family vacation or a group of friends who are interested in private executive holidays and want to enjoy, celebrate, taste our Greek local products.

All double Beds are equipped with high quality mattresses for an excellent quality, relaxing sleep.

Swim and sunbathe at our main Pool and unwind your senses under and beaming Greek summer sun. Enjoy our SPA swimming pool and let the kids play with safety at the Children’s Pool.
